The BLG privacy team welcomes Daniel-Nicolas El Khoury!

Daniel specializes in privacy and technology law, and provides strategic advice to clients in a variety of sectors, including:

• Compliance with privacy regulations;
• Data breach management; and
• Information governance.

Prior to joining BLG Daniel was legal counsel at an international cloud service provider, where he oversaw its Canadian operations, managed privacy and compliance matters, negotiated contractual agreements, and worked with law enforcement authorities in cybersecurity matters. Daniel also worked in private practice, helping clients overcome cybersecurity incidents, including ransomware, business email compromise, data theft and other privacy breaches.
