I am delighted that two additional BLG Privacy and Data Protection lawyers are ranked by Chambers 2020 as Privacy & Data Protection experts:

Elisa Henry is partner and co-leader of the Borden Ladner Gervais LLP Privacy and Data Protection Practice Group. She advises international and domestic clients on a broad range of privacy and data protection issues, including on compliance with Canadian and European (GDPR) law requirements, data breach management, anti-spam legislation and strategic questions such as big data analytics. She also advises clients on technology and e-commerce matters. Prior to joining BLG, she practiced technology and privacy law in Montréal and in Paris.

François Joli-Coeur is a senior associate in our Privacy and Data Protection practice group. He advises and assists international and domestic clients from various sectors on a wide range of issues, including privacy and anti-spam, information technology, telecommunications (including CRTC regulatory requirements), advertising, marketing and sponsorship, consumer protection, cybersecurity issues and data breach management. He received a Master of Laws degree from University of California, Berkeley with a specialization in technology law.

Congratulations to Elisa and François! Very well deserved.
